The initial presentation "Using ITIL's Framework to Bring Information Technology Service Management to WITS" was given to the entire WITS Team in early November.
Since that presentation, the ITSM/ITIL Initiation Managment Team has been begun planning for Stage 1: the "Visioning Stage."
The Management Team is made up of the following WITS staff:
- Debby Smith,
- Debbie Bohlen, and
- Carrie Campbell serving as the project manager.
We are gearing to have a kickoff meeting in January 2009.
